Originally, I was going to call this "A Bribe for Bigfoot," but I've never really liked the name "Bigfoot" for a "missing link" type, and I couldn't come up with some alliteration for "Sasquatch." So, I thought of what sounds/speech such a creature might make, and what he might do with a bound beauty left for him to find out in the woods like this, and the name "Groap" had quite an appeal, as a homonym if nothing else.

This image showed up in my head last year when I was discovering all of the cool comic art that *BryanBaugh has in his gallery. Though the style is my own, I think Bryan's influence is definitely apparent, which is cool, because I do admire his works and his skill. If you haven't checked out his stuff, please do so.



And, finally, those who have scanned my gallery here might note that this is the first and only ball-gag I've ever drawn. The image called for something, but I thought I'd try it out. While I like it, I'm not sure if it totally fits the situation. For that matter, I'm not entirely sure what the situation really is--if you have any ideas why this poor lass was captured, trussed up and left for the Sasquatch to find, please enlighten me with it. I do have a few other "Groap" pictures in mind, and some input in that direction might be just the thing I need to rip them out quickly.
