In her private chambers the Magistrate disrobes and allows her attendants to begin the long process of putting on her armor. They start with a cool, silky shift, and follow that up by wrapping a padded scarf around those areas where the armor tends to chafe. Note that this scarf, save for being black, is just like the one she wears in her normal robes (giving her the "leather-neck" look some wondered about).

Hard to take my eyes off the center, but i love the woman on right just as much. The opacity on the dress material is really impressive as well, seems like that would be hard to render.

Thanks a bunch! Actually, drawing that translucent material wasn't too bad--it just required that I... er... look at a few women dressed in similar lingerie... :blush: ;) Man, I love this job! :plotting:

Hmm. If that's all the padding she requires I'm pretty curious what kind of asymmetrical armor she wears, and why. She must afford the very best in the city, after all.

Other than that, this is another one I don't really have a whole lot to say about except: Yowza. :drool:

:giggle: Well, "Yowza" works well enough. ;) As you will see (or have seen) on Page13, the dark scarf-wrapping goes pretty much symmetrically over her entire figure. And, yes, she has the best armor in the entire city... :nod: Thanks!

I've been following your images for a while now, and I love it all. It's also nice to see this particular character in a little bit more of a vulnerable, less authoritative scene here, although she still holds that characteristic. Nice work!
