Back outside, the patrons and staff who have exited the inn have all been shackled and led away by one of the squads of guardsmen. The Magistrate slowly raises her dual-ended Spear of Retribution and utters the command, "Now, forward, soldiers of the watch, and stay not your hand from anyone who lifts so much as a finger against us."

By the way, just as I was posting this, I realized that I forgot to add the Magistrate's cape in her last appearance (Page 20 [link] ). That'll be fairly easy to fix, but I'm not going to do it yet.
