With so little strength remaining, Elina's leverage provides small advantage in prying the offending monstrosity from her chest. Hooking fingertips underneath the fabric of her brassiere, the hand's talons rake across her breast as the Scholar pushes, forcing a gasp of pain through her teeth. The delicate garment, already strained by struggle and spell, is stretched tightly over neck, back, and shoulders.

There have been some great comments on the last few pages that I still need to respond to. Priority #1 for dA was to get posting the new pages, but I should be able to respond again now that they are rolling. And, in case anyone was wondering, the injuries indicated above are not more than skin deep (no bleeding will occur as a result). :salute:

As usual, Elina was drawn using the awesome references given me by the awesome stock model, Emily, at Feathered-pics . Thanks, Emily!=)

I relied on several reference images from Emily's gallery for this one, including those below.

Enjoy! =)

Note: Bookbinding and Demon's Due are a work of fantasy and fiction. The artist/creator in no way condones real mistreatment of this kind toward any woman or man, by living person, gremlin, plant, assassin, ratman, viscous fluid, programmed device, animated home furnishings, or otherworldly spiritual beings. Furthermore, the artist opposes the marginalizing and restriction of women in general by any institution, political and/or religious, including those which have individual women amongst their membership touting/promoting their own happiness within that institution as evidence that ALL women should feel the same way. This includes the religion I was raised in and which I have utterly discarded from my life over this and other issues.
