At the High Lady's feet, the wounded guardsman gives a coughing moan and turns over, revealing a face pale with death's shadow. Not knowing whether the man was still living even while she rushed to get him to safety, the Magistrate feels a surge of hope and leaps into action.

This is the sixth image using a new stock model (kind of hard to see her features at the moment, but that will change in the next few pages).
