This is the fourth in the Hell's Angel series.

And ever darker we go...

For this one I was sent a link years ago containing a couple of photomanipulations of two women who looked a great deal like these two, sans wings and the like. Two of these rather erotic images stuck in my mind for weeks, and in an effort to purge them and get on with other things, I incorporated elements from both of them into the next Hell's Angel series piece. The purging worked, actually, but I'm glad this sort of thing only happens occasionally. I don't know much about the original photographs, but if someone else does, please let me know who to credit and I will.

In any case, poor "Gelica" is just not having a good day. Her dress is getting torn more and more, and I believe this is the only reference to females in real physical pain I've ever drawn. Notice that there are no lash-marks on her body, though. I just can't do that. However, fear, loathing, horror and all other emotional pains are open game, and I indulge myself shamelessly therein...

Here's my question: What information is the succubus after? The Codes to the Zion Mainframe? :matrixfight: What would an angel know that a devil wouldn't?

Very late and possibly irrelevant, but I know the photograph which you credit for inspiration. It's by Suze Randall, and the "dominatrix" is actually Dita Von Teese. It's a classic.

That sounds right! I think I've still got a printout or two of them hanging around somewhere in some paper file. Recognizing a reference is never irrelevant, I'd think. Thanks a bunch! =)

And as soon as I sent that, I realized it was actually Aimee Sweet as the dom, also in a set by Suze Randall. Anyway, it's great work on your part, whatever the original inspiration...
