Murder by Moonlight

Pen and Ink; 12" x 16" (30 cm x 40 cm); about 50 hours' work.

Finished this one almost two years ago. It's one of my favorites. I've been torturing women in my artwork so much lately, it was time to put up something to keep in touch with the fate of men in my art. It's a cruel place, really--women get tied up and terrified and dominated, and men get killed and eaten...

This is the first of a few horror pictures I will put up to pay homage to the spirit of "Halloween," which is on the far side of the current month. If the gore is too much and needs a "Mature Content" tag, please let me know and I'll attach it, although I think it's subtle enough to get by (well, then again the werewolf IS eating the guy...). I'll be putting up "Twisted Plot" (which is the next part of the "Rats in the Cellar" story, for those who are wondering) this coming weekend, and it has a creepy aura/action to it, too.

Probably the most disturbing is the one of my wife... I'll let that creepy hint nag at you for the next few weeks...
