You might recognize this. I won't explain myself again here, but you can read about it in this journal entry .

Again, the first person who can correctly guess this stock model's identity (and get that guess to me) I'll feature in the "'Demon's Due' Defined" journal entry.

The old one is here (where it will remain): [link]

I gotta agree with some of the others, in a way it's sort of a shame to revise the older works, but in another way, it's great to see your new takes on the characters, she's absolutely stunning just from this little view. :)

Wow. I wasn't thrilled with you "overwriting" all of your art at first, but when you put the new stuff up next to the old, I can see why you want to--really a stark difference in style, technique...and skill. I've always liked your work, but I must say I really appreciate the redone pieces. Keep on rockin'!

Can't put my finger on it, but there's something about the face and body that just don't seem right. Face a little too big maybe?? Dunno...

There are several things that I'll fix on it before I publish it. This was the first time I tried using the stock model's image, and I went for a pretty tame, orderly situation (too orderly--the composition could use some more creativity in the angles and such). Thanks!

Wow, you can see the improvement in quality just by comparing the two. Wonderful job.

Wow. Looking at this one and the original is a fascinating look at how art evolves as a skill. There is nothing wrong with the old picture, but it basically looks like a classic comic book, while this looks like . . . well, like genuine art.

I know my original draft of my novel and the current one would be even more dramatically different, if I could summon the courage to see what a hack I used to be. :)

Very interesting project there Jeff.

it would be cool if later on in the pics she gets nibbled by rats, esp. on her belly and thighs.

You amaze me with your determination, hard work and integity in revisiting and aiming to redo those early images :jawdrop: but kudos to you, you've done a great job here and it's not as though those earlier images were weak at all. I was reminded of your lovely better-half when I saw the image, but I doubt she's on here as a stock model :)

Thank you, Carole. I've used the individual in question as a stock model in the project a few times when an angle of the body was mis-represented in my mind, or when I got sick and tired of using my own hands as models for everyone else's. =)

What a nice thing to say! Not this time, yet, maybe... *waves enthusiastically to Carole!*
