Another old ink drawing. I was under a lot of pressure when I did this one, and I felt the whole time that I was shorting it and I would regret it later. I never did, actually, and I still enjoy looking at it. So, while it may not be up to par with my more recent pen-and-ink works, it performs its job rather well.

What's going on in this picture? Near as I can tell, this is a remixing of life that will take place years from now in the post-nuclear-holocaust world when the dinosaurs rule again... =P No, really. That's as near as I can tell. Feel free to suggest other explanations for this. =)

Enjoy! --Faile35

Note: I edited the size down a bit--I didn't realize it was that large...

I don't know if dinosaurs will be back in that future, but humankind will go back to stoneage, that's for sure...

Hopefully, we'll clone some large creatures and let them roam free before that happens... =)

years??? I think that's puting it extreamly mieldly... if the world would have been engoulfed in radiation, I preatty much think it would take hundreads of years if not more for the radiation to disipate... just look at Cernobil... that area is still off limits, despite the fact that they sealed the reactor... and that's only a very small dosage of radiation next to what a war usuing radiation and nuclear based weapons would do... I would say this pic would have to be thousands if not more years in the future if life managed to re-amarge ( and quite healthy non-mutant life by the looks of it )... but by then there would not be so well preserved city ruins left... they would have sucumbed to the elements long ago... I would say that the idea of a pos-tnuclear scenario here is not really suited... but then again I AM a Fallout series fan... so that could be my love for that game speaking... but my basic logic tells me that my statement stands... please feal free to proove me wrong...

I think that the best explanation here would be something of a combination between the "reign of fire","godzilla" and "jurassic park"storylines combined... in all cases the creatures never having been defeated... that's the best I can come up with...

Thanks! That's a nice suggestion, and very fitting. My own suggestion was not meant to be a thorough prediction of post-holocaust Earth with foundations in actual physical and biological sciences as much as it was a flippant remark to say, "I have no idea just what the hell this is supposed to mean..." ;)
